Job Overview
We are looking for a Tech Lead to lead our engineering vision, architecture, and execution. This is a foundational leadership role with ownership of scaling products, building high-performance teams, and driving technology choices that define the future of EV infrastructure in India.
What You’ll Own
- Technology Leadership: Define and own the tech roadmap in alignment with business goals.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance systems across backend, frontend, mobile, and cloud.
- Team Building: Hire, mentor, and grow high-performing engineering teams; establish best practices and culture.
- Product Delivery: Drive execution of critical product initiatives with speed and quality.
- Innovation: Explore and implement cutting-edge tech in EV infra, SaaS, IoT, and payments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Operations, and Leadership teams to deliver business impact.
- Scalability & Reliability: Ensure platforms handle growth, uptime, and resilience for nationwide adoption.
- Security & Compliance: Build systems with data protection, compliance, and non-hackable architecture at the core.
What we’re looking for
- 12+ years of overall experience in software engineering.
- Proven experience leading engineering orgs or large teams (Head of Tech / Principal Engineer / CTO track).
- Strong expertise in Node.js, React.js, Databases (SQL & NoSQL), AWS Cloud, and Microservices.
- Deep understanding of system design, architecture, and scaling.
- Experience with IoT, Payments, or EV/energy infra is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated ability to attract, mentor, and retain talent.
- Strategic mindset — able to align long-term tech bets with immediate execution needs.
- Hands-on builder attitude — not just strategy, but can dive into code and architecture reviews when needed.
