Job Overview 

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who can sit at the intersection of hardware, software, energy systems, and operations — someone who can turn complex technical systems into scalable, reliable products.

What you’ll Own

• End-to-End Product Ownership: Lead product development for EV Charging Hardware and Software Solutions, working closely with engineering partners.

• System Architecture & Requirements: Define detailed system-level requirements and overall station architecture.

• Quality & Reliability: Drive quality across the development lifecycle using tools like FMEA and structured validation processes.

• System Integration: Own seamless integration of station hardware, chargers, battery packs, and backend systems.

• Testing & Validation: Ensure systems are thoroughly tested during development before field deployment.

• Cost & Performance Optimization: Work with engineering partners to optimize designs for performance, reliability, and cost.

• Protocols & Communication: Define and manage charging and communication protocols between station ↔ battery and station ↔ backend servers.

• Field Issue Resolution: Partner with service and engineering teams to conduct root-cause analysis and drive long-term fixes for field issues.

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in product, system engineering, or technical product roles.
• B.E./B.Tech or M.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Hands-on experience working on EV charging systems or energy infrastructure, ideally in startup or high-growth environments.
• Strong understanding of EV batteries, battery data, and charging systems.
• Knowledge of power electronics, charging standards, and backend protocols such as OCPP, MQTT.
• Experience working closely with hardware, firmware, backend, and operations teams.
