We’re looking for a Flutter Developer who can build fast, reliable, and intuitive mobile apps that work seamlessly with real-world EV charging infrastructure.

What you’ll ownKey Responsibilities

• Mobile App Development: Build and maintain high-quality Flutter applications for Android and iOS.
• User Experience: Translate product requirements into intuitive, responsive, and visually clean mobile interfaces.
• Real-Time Systems: Implement real-time charger status, availability, and charging progress updates.
• Backend Integration: Integrate mobile apps with backend APIs for authentication, payments, and data exchange.
• Hardware Integration: Work closely with firmware and hardware teams to ensure smooth interaction with EV chargers.
• Performance & Reliability: Optimize app performance for speed, stability, and low-latency updates.
• State Management: Implement robust state management to handle complex workflows and data consistency.
• Testing & Quality: Test, debug, and ensure a reliable, bug-free production experience.
• Engineering Excellence: Participate in code reviews, follow best practices, and maintain clean, scalable codebases.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Flutter, mobile app trends, and EV charging technology advancements.

What We’re Looking For 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 1+ years of hands-on Flutter development experience with a portfolio of shipped apps.
• Strong proficiency in Dart and Flutter framework.
• Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles.
• Experience working with REST APIs, async programming, and data parsing.
• Familiarity with Flutter state management (Bloc, Provider, MobX, etc.).
• Experience using Git for version control and collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work in fast-paced teams.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Good to Have (Bonus Skills)

• Native Android or iOS development experience.
• Payment gateway integration experience.
• Knowledge of geolocation, maps, and navigation.
• Exposure to IoT or connected devices.
