What you’ll Own

• Optimize & Scale: Analyse existing systems, fix bottlenecks, and design backend solutions that scale seamlessly.
• Build Core Services: Own development of backend services, APIs, and data pipelines that power EV platforms.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with frontend developers, product managers, and hardware engineers to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Innovate: Monitor industry trends and propose new features or improvements to stay ahead.
• Take Ownership: Lead projects end-to-end — from planning to deployment — when needed.
• Maintain Excellence: Ensure code quality, testing coverage, and smooth production deployments.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ (Junior) / 4+ (Senior) years of professional backend development experience.
• Strong backend expertise in Node.js (core), Django, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
• Solid knowledge of web development lifecycle, data structures, and scalable design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud deployments.
• Strong problem-solving mindset, with a focus on efficiency and user experience.
• Excellent team collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead when the situation calls for it.
